We’re Hiring: QA Automation EngineerWe’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer who’s passionate about automation, quality, and delivering reliable digital experiences at scale. You’ll be part of a high-impact engineering team working on web, mobile, and API platforms used by millions of users every day.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for UI (mobile/web) and API layers.Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality across releases.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc).Support fast-paced release cycles and continuously improve test automation coverage and reliability.Be a strong advocate for quality across the engineering organization.Core QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.3–5 years experience in QA automation (mobile/web/API).Strong scripting/programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#.Understanding of API testing (RESTful/GraphQL), microservices architecture, and integrations testing.Experience with mobile or web testing and CI/CD pipelines.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsHands-on experience with Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.Familiarity with containerized/microservices environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Understanding of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) or test data management.Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).QA certifications such as ISTQB are a plus.Experience in mobility, transportation, or ride-hailing domains is advantageous.Soft SkillsProactive and able to anticipate quality risks early.Strong sense of ownership and accountability for automation quality.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with QA best practices.Interested?, Send your CV to hamijah@techtiera.com or DM for more info#Hiring #QAEngineer #QAAutomation #AutomationEngineer #SoftwareTesting #APItesting #MobileTesting #WebTesting #Appium #Selenium #Cypress #Playwright #DevOps #CI_CD #QualityAssurance #TechJobs #JakartaJobs #QAJobs #AutomationTesting #IndonesiaTech
