Job Description
Measure quality of TN software products and services. Requires knowledge of both manual and automated test methodologies. Aware of different test methods and types of testing tools, and able to choose whichever best suits the project. Primary Responsibilities Review and assess requirements to gain full understanding of sprint deliverables. Identify test requirements, map test cases to test requirements, design and create test plans. Ensure test environment is fully functional and set up with proper software components and adequate data prior to test cycle. Create reasonable test estimates based on risk-appetite of stakeholders and time to market requirements. Design, develop, and implement tests for functional and automated regression tests. Create test strategies to minimize manual efforts; drive and own the implementation. Debug and troubleshoot applications, investigate and determine root cause of issues Research new technology and make recommendations for improvement and expansion of automated test coverage. Required Skills Knowledge of SDLC/STLC Knowledge of web technologies Knowledge of at least one programming language Knowledge of database concepts and client server technology Knowledge of Selenium or Cypress PlayWright and automated testing a plus Bachelor's degree in a computer engineering related field. Required Experience At least 3 years of experience in manual testing At least 2 years of experience in automation testing Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
