Your goal will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Drives, which keep the world moving in a sustainable way.The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Drives Division in Estonia.Conducting in-depth root cause analysis for variable speed drives (LV), PCBA-s, and other electronic componentsPreparing comprehensive reports detailing corrective and preventive actions based on analysis findingsCollaborating closely with Reliability, R&D, and Product Engineering units to resolve issues and implement improvementsManaging the failure analysis process, ensuring a systematic approach to issue resolutionDeveloping and implementing advanced root cause analysis methods in collaboration with the teamQualifications For The RoleEducation and work background in Electronics or Power Electronics fieldProficient in spoken and written EnglishMotivated and professional work ethicStructured approach and commitment to practical working styleMore About UsWe care.
