You will have the opportunity to work with top-level partners in the banking area, insurance, retail, telecommunications, financial services, and so much more!We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a QA Engineer.Your Mission Will BeAutomating test scenarios and delivering end-to-end test solutions within sprint cycles;Creating and owning new automated frameworks from the ground up;Managing uncertainty and resolving blockers independently when needed;Reviewing code thoroughly and helping reduce technical debt across the product;Leading or mentoring other QA Engineers while supporting knowledge sharing across the team.You Will Need: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software testing using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Unity Test Framework, or Postman;BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, OOP programming (preferably C#), web technologies, and API testing;Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, IDEs like Visual Studio, and familiarity with NoSQL databases and Docker;CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.Would Be Awesome If You HaveAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively;Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and helping shape team processes;A proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and focus on problem-solving rather than problem-finding;Experience conducting technical interviews or supporting hiring decisions.With Us You Can Be aTechThinker – people who want to re-imagine technology with us;TechSolver – strategic, resilient, and a little bit of a puzzle lover;InnoMinder – inhale innovation, exhale digital transformation;InnoTecher – no words needed.
