Join a passionate global team driving front-line innovation in AI, aerospace, security, and beyond!As an QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated tests to guarantee the performance and reliability of our solutions. You will work closely with the development, quality and product teams.What you will do:Analyze functional and technical requirements to define test scenariosDefine test strategies, write test plans, and track test campaignsDesign and develop scripts for test (unit, functional, performance tests)Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)Execute test campaigns, analyze results, and identify issuesCollaborate with teams to prioritize the resolution of detected bugsWrite documentation related to automated testing (procedures, user guides)Participate in technological monitoring to optimize testing processesRequired competencies/experience:Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, or others)Familiarity with Agile methodologiesExperience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and APIs (REST)Would be a plus:Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, etc.)Proficiency with ALM toolsSoft skills:Analytical mindsetTeam spirit and proactive collaboration with developers and testersOrganizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCuriosity and openness to learning new technologiesAbility to work well in a teamCollaborate with others and share knowledgeAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
