QA Engineer

Reece Mexico is seeking a senior, highly skilled QA Engineer to join our Mexico City team which is based in Polanco. Initially onsite but with a view to the position becoming hybrid after 12 weeks.About the RoleJoin our scrum team to build reliable features through UI and API automation. You’ll design and maintain automated tests, integrate them into CI/CD, and partner with engineers and QA to improve quality and speed.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain UI, API, integration, and regression testsBuild fast, reliable, parallel test suites across browsers/localesIntegrate tests into CI/CD, monitor runs, and triage failuresCollaborate with devs, PMs, and QA on test coverage and quality standardsContribute to shared utilities, code reviews, and occasional manual testingWhat We’re Looking Fora minmum of 5 years of QA/automation experienceProficiency in a test automation language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python)Experience with browser-based and API testing (REST/GraphQL)Strong debugging, data, and SQL skillsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira/Confluence, and test management toolsNice to HaveBachelor’s in Computer Science, STEM or a related fieldAI-assisted testing, contract testing, or BDD experienceExposure to mobile, performance, or accessibility automationComfort with Docker and containerized test environmentsTools You May UsePlaywright, Selenium, Appium, REST/GraphQL, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Pact, Copilot
