Will you join us on this adventure? #FutureTogether🔎What are we looking for?We are looking to hire a Functional Tester (Proficient) to be part of a high-impact international project in collaboration with global teams. The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary quality team, collaborating in the functional validation of mobile and web applications, managing defects, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and actively participating in the entire testing lifecycle.Required skills:Experience in planning, designing, and executing test cases.Practical knowledge of functional testing of mobile and web applications.Proficiency in defect management and testing tools.Knowledge of test design techniques (boundary analysis, decision tables, etc.).Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Engineering, Product, QA, etc.).Experience working with SDLC methodologies, in both Agile and Waterfall environments.High B2 or C1 level of English is mandatory.High B2 or C1 level of English is nice to have.Required education:Degree or technical training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.💻 Your day-to-dayReceiving requests:Point of contact (POC) for the product's functional area.Validating request preparation and ensuring SLA/TAT compliance by pillar.Test preparation:Creating test cases, managing access, verifying environments, and developing test plans.Coordinate with functional analysts and QA team members.Test execution:Execute regression, new functionality, non-functional, and smoke tests.Record, review, and escalate bugs in collaboration with Engineering and Product.Actively participate in strategic pilots.Reporting:Continuously communicate test status, planning, and blockers to functional stakeholders.Maintenance of dashboards and associated documentation.Maintenance and continuous improvementAudit of bugs, plans, and test cases.Collaboration with QA leadership to improve the quality process.✅Our value proposition📝 Permanent contract.👪 Work-life balance: The BetterWork program that supports the balance between your personal and professional life.🎂 Birthday afternoon off (also for your children's birthdays).🎓 Training plans: Languages, technologies, and interpersonal skills.🌍 Internal mobility opportunities: At our international offices and within Spain.🔝 We will especially value the candidacy of people who possess unique and diverse skills and abilities, recognizing the importance of facilitating their full integration into the labor market.
