Fixed Income & Currencies brings together a top-ranked institutional sales force, world-class research with trading and structuring expertise across Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit and Emerging Markets. The Fixed Income & Currencies business enables Deutsche Bank to respond to increasing automation, regulatory expectations and client demand for standardization and transparency in execution across fixed income, currency, and emerging markets.Our engineers work on a diverse range of solutions using cutting-edge technology every day, including our award-winning platforms like Autobahn, Fabric, Glue, and more.Our Technology strategy is designed to build new revenue streams and develop innovative ideas which produce a new competitive advantage for the Bank, whilst also fixing our foundations and focusing on the importance of stability and risk management. FIC Technology understands the client’s needs and has a robust strategy and innovative approach to deliver.As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be specifically responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard which aligns with Deutsche Bank’s strategy for technological excellence, as part of a global team and lead the QA Issuance team.Skills:UI web front end automation tools testing experienceHands on Experience in REST API testing tools, Gherkin/Cucumber, CI/CD tools integrationsExperience with dev platforms such as BitBucket/GitHub, ArtifactoryNice to have: GCP or other cloud environmentStrong technical vision and hands on experience in software development and test automation, including BDD and TDDAutomate test cases and maintain automation frameworkProven experience of delivering results in matrixed organizations under pressure and tight timescalesTest issues and risks managementPrior experience working with Scrum practices and Agile software methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicateHands on Experience in leadership roleResponsibilities:Develop and extend in-house testing automation tools and test frameworksDevelop QA Processes and ProceduresIdentify Bugs and Issues, Maintain DocumentationCoordinate Bug Fixes with Development TeamsPerform functional, regression, integration, load and stress testingPlan and implement full set of test automation activities: create, maintain and execute automated testsMaintain test environmentsWorking in a global environment with distributed delivery teams developing micro services to meet the functionalities required by the businessParticipate in full development cycleWork with BAs and Developers on functional and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with other teams to build systems and integrate them togetherCollaborate with the FIC-TMI architects and engineering community to help define an architectural roadmap and individual solution designs that fit within that roadmapStructure the delivery of program elements into epics and user stories, and facilitate integration between various teams output for production releases, with support from BA, Architects, and Scrum Masters / Product OwnersParticipate with development teams in release management and process improvementOrganize and lead the QA team, foster a quality-focused culture and improve work efficiencyMotivate the team membersWell-being & Benefits:Emotionally and mentally balanced: we support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental healthManagers that empower your ideas and your decision-making abilities.
