For this role, we believe your starting point is:QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (manual and automated).Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.Experience with CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Analytical mindset with a passion for quality and problem-solving.Job DescriptionDesign and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications.Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.Oversee automation frameworks and ensure best practices are applied in testing processes.Define and track QA metrics, KPIs, and defect trends to ensure consistent delivery quality.Manage release readiness and regression testing cycles.Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
