Join our fast-growing company as QA Manager (Dutch +German)It is a remote full-time position!Schedule:  8 AM - 5 PM CET, Mon-FriYou have a great opportunity to get:Experience in the international company working with people around the globeCompensation: $1200/month during the probation period (2 months), After probation $1200/monthly + up to $200 as KPI bonus20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year.Management attention, support and motivation.Your ResponsibilitiesReview daily agent interactions (email/chat/calls) to evaluate quality, identify root causes of errors, and suggest improvement areas.Provide regular coaching, feedback, and side-by-side training sessions to enhance agent performance.Offer real-time support to agents with inquiries or escalation needs.Monitor customer satisfaction and analyze DSAT (dissatisfaction) cases to prevent recurring issues.Track deferred transactions and propose corrective actions.Deliver weekly and monthly QA performance reports with individual feedback breakdowns.Escalate urgent or critical matters related to agents, customers, or processes immediately.Participate in internal calibration and client check-in meetings to ensure QA alignment.Perform additional QA tasks as assigned by managementYou are our perfect candidate if you haveKnowledge of feedback delivery and coaching techniqueSalesforce, Hubspot or any similar CRM experienceprevious CS experience in E-CommerceWe are a global company.
