QA/PA Manager

We value adaptability over rigid roles, curious minds, think across disciplines, and blend technical depth with business and creative instincts.Your MissionVEOWARE is currently scaling up its production and increasing the overall headcount of the company.As QA/PA engineer you will be in charge of designing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system (QMS). This includes overseeing processes from product development to manufacturing, as well as support functions to guarantee customer satisfaction. You will also establish the right governances to effectively manage these processes.As part of this adventure, you will support the manufacturing team in maintaining a clean, lean and efficient work environment. you will also build sustainable relationships with suppliers by improving internal processes and conducting audits when necessary.To ensure product and process performance, you will define and implement the appropriate metrics and control strategies.Additionally, you will make sure the QMS is clearly documented and well understood by employees through creation of targeted documentation and training systems.Must Haves•You have a Degree in engineering or equivalent through experience•Proven experience with systems engineering approaches and industry best practices, you have experience in Lean culture•Knowledge of Quality Management Systems•Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the space sector•Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to drive change through effective stakeholder management and influencing•High attention to detail combined with the capability to maintain a strategic, high-level overview•Willingness and confidence to speak up and challenge when necessary•Effective active listening skills•Ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives•Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch considered an assetWould be super niceUnderstanding of systems engineering lifecycles, especially in the space sector.Experience in EEE selection and documentationExpertise in implementing & maintaining traceability of componentsExperience in auditing of subcontractorsBackground in an ISO 9001-certified organizationSpace system qualification experience.What's in it for youSeveral add-ons on top of your salary Evolution perspective in a fast-growing company Office in Leuven, within biking/walking distance of the station Open and human work environmentDoes it feel like we are talking about you?Please apply here: jobs@veowarespace.com
