QA / QC Engineer

Position: QA/QC EngineerIndustry: Piling / Deep Foundation / GeotechnicalLocation: UAEKey Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor project Quality Management System in compliance with client and regulatory requirements. • Review project specifications, method statements, ITPs, and ensure execution as per approved documents. • Conduct inspections for piling works including CFA, rotary piling, vibro compaction, and shoring. • Verify materials, reinforcement cages, concrete, and equipment comply with quality standards. • Coordinate with site teams to resolve non-conformities and issue NCRs, CARs, and preventive actions. • Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, calibration records, and test results. • Liaise with third-party labs for soil tests, concrete tests, integrity tests (PIT), and load tests. • Attend progress and QA/QC meetings with consultants and clients. • Ensure all activities adhere to HSE and quality policies.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in the piling or geotechnical industry. • Strong knowledge of piling methods, reinforcement detailing, concrete quality, and testing standards. • Familiarity with ISO 9001, project QA/QC documentation, and inspection procedures. • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple site teams.
