You’ll lead a dedicated QA/QC team and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and third-party testing bodies to ensure quality assurance across all project stages.Your RoleAs a QA/QC Manager, you will:Develop, implement, and manage the Project Quality Plan from start to closeout.Plan and lead internal and external audits; track NCRs and close-out actions.Coordinate material testing, inspections, and submittals in line with project timelines.Oversee subcontractor prequalification, surveillance, and quality performance tracking.Ensure timely submission of test reports, O&M manuals, and closeout documentation.Support commissioning and snagging processes to ensure quality at handover.Mentor and develop QA/QC team members, driving a culture of quality excellence.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 10+ years of quality assurance and control experience in construction or fit-out environments, including a senior role managing QA/QC systems on complex projects.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality management systems, ISO standards, material specifications, and inspection/testing protocols relevant to interior fit-out works.Expertise: Proven ability to implement and monitor project-specific quality plans, lead audits, manage NCRs, and ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital QA/QC platforms and reporting tools is a plus.Strong leadership, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.Degree in Engineering or related discipline; QA/QC certification from a recognized body is preferred.Experience with close-out documentation, T&C inspections, and consultant/subcontractor quality coordination is essential.Able to thrive under pressure and drive a culture of quality excellence across multi-disciplinary teams.What We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Deliver Excellence?If you’re ready to take ownership of quality on fast-paced, high-specification projects, we’d love to hear from you.
