Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project or Site QA/QC Manager - Mechanical to lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across our EPC Oil & Gas projects. This strategic role is responsible for guiding the quality function, implementing robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), and ensuring strict compliance with both international and client-specific standards—especially those of ADNOC and Saudi Aramco.The ideal candidate will champion the organization’s commitment to quality by collaborating with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to embed a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Qualifications & Experience:Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related EngineeringExperience:Minimum 20 years of QA/QC experience in EPC Oil & Gas projectsAt least 5 years experience in a senior QA/QC management roleStrong working knowledge of ADNOC and Saudi Aramco standards and specifications is highly preferredExtensive understanding of ASME, API, ISO 9001, and other relevant international codes and standardsKey Responsibilities:Leadership & StrategyProvide strategic leadership and direction for QA/QC across all projectsDevelop and enforce the company’s Quality Policy and Quality ObjectivesRepresent the company in high-level quality-related matters and ensure compliance with all quality policiesFoster a company-wide culture of quality, customer focus, and continuous improvementQuality Management System (QMS)Maintain and enhance the Documentum-based QMS, ensuring timely updates of all corporate documentationEnsure all QMS structures, procedures, and resources meet business, client, and regulatory requirementsOversee the consistent and effective implementation of the QMS across corporate and project functionsCompliance & StandardsEnsure company-wide compliance with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, ISO 9001, ASME, API, and other applicable standardsAssign and coordinate QA/QC resources across disciplines (Mechanical, Welding, NDE, Civil, E&I)Lead vendor and subcontractor audits and assessments to verify quality systems and complianceProject & Procurement SupportDevelop and implement QA/QC procedures supporting procurement, construction, and fabrication activitiesConduct site audits and subcontractor evaluations as part of the selection and approval processCollaborate with project teams to ensure Quality Plans are aligned with client and regulatory expectationsMonitoring, Auditing & ReportingEstablish, track, and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadershipIdentify and audit critical QMS areas to drive improvements and ensure complianceIssue Quality Alerts on significant deviations or risks affecting project deliverablesContinuous ImprovementLead investigations into non-conformances and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)Drive internal process improvements based on audits, client feedback, and performance metricsSupport optimization and validation of delivery processes to enhance project outcomesPeople Management & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and evaluate the QA/QC team across projects and departmentsDevelop and implement competency development plans to strengthen quality talentConduct regular departmental meetings to align objectives and promote a performance-driven cultureBudget & Resource PlanningDevelop and manage QA/QC departmental budgetsEnsure adequate quality resources are planned and allocated across all project phases
