Job Title: QA/QC Co-ordinator or Engineer (CSA or MEP)Location: Frankfurt, GermanyProject Type: Large-Scale Data CentreContract Type: PermanentSalary: €70,000 - €75,000 + package Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced QA/QC Coordinator/ Engineer with a background in either CSA or MEP disciplines to join our team on a high-profile data centre project in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all work is delivered to the highest quality standards, fully compliant with client specifications, project requirements, and international standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and implement the QA/QC processes for either CSA or MEP workstreams throughout all phases of construction.Conduct inspections and audits of site activities, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Review and verify method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and checklists.Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality objectives are met.Maintain and track all QA/QC documentation, reports, and non-conformance records (NCRs).Ensure all testing and commissioning activities are properly witnessed, documented, and verified.Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for any identified quality issues or defects.Participate in quality-related meetings and reporting to the QA/QC Manager and senior project stakeholders.Ensure adherence to safety standards and contribute to a positive health & safety culture on-site.Requirements:Proven experience in a QA/QC role on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience preferred but not essential).Background in either CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, ISO procedures, and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with European construction standards and German building regulations is a strong advantage.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation/reporting skills.Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across multidisciplinary teams.Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.Valid right to work in the EU or ability to obtain work authorization for Germany.Accommodation support or living allowance will be available for travelling workers
