Customer solutions may include one or more products, such as trading and clearing products, combined to deliver business value for specific customers. This team is responsible for maintaining and operating an integrated test system solution that incorporates Nasdaq core products deployed in the cloud. Tailoring such a solution requires product-to-product integration, synchronization of shared reference data, orchestration of schedules, alignment of deployment and technical operations, and alignment of accessibility. It plays a crucial role in streamlining multi-product deliveries by creating standardized integrations and workflows, supported by a common CI/CD pipeline, to ensure cross-product workflows are tested in conjunction with new product releases. The team ensures that business integration flows are continuously and automatically verified.About The RoleAs a QA Test Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of integrated, cloud-based solutions. You will focus on extending test automation coverage, improving CI/CD pipelines, and supporting system integration testing. The role emphasizes structured test planning, execution, and clear presentation of test results, rather than manual exploratory testing. You will work closely with development and product teams to understand integration challenges.What You Will DoPlan, design, and implement integration and system tests for cloud-based, containerized applications, ensuring data synchronization across systems.Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry standard processes to support continuous quality assurance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate test phases, share insights, and contribute to integration strategy discussions.Present test results and quality metrics to collaborators in a structured and transparent manner.Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines from a QA perspective, identifying integration risks and driving automation efficiency.What We ExpectDemonstrated experience designing and implementing automated test strategies for complex integration scenarios across multiple products and environments.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD), ensuring fast feedback loops and reliable build validation.Proven years of experience with cloud-based solutions, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency in Linux, including command-line operations, system administration, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with test data management and mocking strategies to support automated integration and system testing.Excellent communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving; fluency in both verbal and written English.Nice to HaveProgramming experience (for example, Python or Playwright).Understanding of SQL and experience with system integration testing and reference data handling.Hands-on experience with containerized applications in Kubernetes environments, including Helm for deployment and maintenance.Familiarity with AI-powered test generation tools.What We offer!Monthly base salary starting from 3200-4000EUR gross based on your experienceAnnual monetary bonusVesting Nasdaq Restricted Stock Units (RSU) for all employeesEmployee Stock Purchase Program Nasdaq stocks with a discountIII pillar pension plan with additional contribution from NasdaqFlexible health Insurance programAdditional paid leave days after 2 years of working at NasdaqFlex day program (6 days a year)Internal mentorship program – get a mentor or become oneOpportunities to grow horizontally or vertically in the organizationWide selection of online learning resources, e.g Udemy, O‘ReillyDoes this sound like you?This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius.
