Join Elisa’s Digital Services Team as a QA SpecialistAre you passionate about quality and eager to ensure that digital services meet the highest standards? Elisa is looking for two (2) QA Specialists to join our Digital Services unit, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability of our software solutions.About The JobWe are looking for two skilled QA Specialists to join our teams. The team consists of approximately 11 developers, 1 tester, a Product Owner, and a Delivery Lead. As part of an agile development team, you will ensure product quality through structured testing processes, innovative approaches, and continuous collaboration. We are transitioning to automated end-to-end testing to support faster and more agile product development. Therefore, strong experience in test automation is essential to succeed in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute manual test cases, and develop automated scripts for regression, smoke, and sanity testing.Develop and maintain test plans and documentationUtilize Robot Framework for automation tasksApply AI-based tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and accuracyReport found bugs and track their resolution; retest fixes to ensure issues are resolvedCollaborate with developers and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality standardsParticipate in continuous improvement of QA processes and toolsRequired Skills And ExperienceYou might have a background as a QA engineer, test automation specialist, or in roles related to software quality assurance.
