By joining us, you will become a part of a highly qualified specialists who encourage personal development and actively support teamwork, leadership and responsibility. Your role in the internal QA teamAs a QA Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring GMP compliance and quality oversight across API production, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), raw material and packaging suppliers, and the distribution of finished pharmaceutical products.  Your work will involve close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, offering daily variety and challenges while ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting capacity expansions. What you bringWe are looking for a passionate and curious QA specialist with solid pharmaceutical industry experience.You thrive in a dynamic environment with a broad range of tasks, and you are used to working with agility — balancing risk and value to ensure the appropriate level of quality. Pharmacist, Engineer or similar master’s degreeMin. 8 years within QA domain, preferable also from other areas, e.g. productionA thorough understanding of GMP regulations and principles enabling you to interpret Experienced in handling QA disciplines, e.g., batch review, deviations/OOS results, change requests,   complaints, qualifications/validations, risk assessments, etc.You demonstrate both a sharp attention to detail and the ability to extract essentials while maintaining a broad overviewAs a colleague and key stakeholder, you lead by example with a strong mindset and solution orientated approach, inspiring and motivating to achieve shared goalsYou challenge status quo and go the extra mile to drive innovation and find better ways of workingExcellent communication skills Fluency in Danish and English Location: This position is based in Holbæk, and it is essential that you can work primarily from the office to ensure effective collaboration with the main stakeholders and other QA colleagues. Ready to take the next step?If you are a passionate QA Specialist eager to grow your career and make a difference, apply by uploading your CV and cover letter and help shape the future of quality at Pharmacosmos.
