They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and services.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the QA team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure successful project deliveryBe responsible for QA team needs and for hiring processHave a holistic understanding for ComeOn and its productsDevelop and implement quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools that ensure the organization's products and services meet or exceed quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and project management, to ensure that quality is embedded in all phases of the product development life cycleDevelop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure complete and thorough testing of all products and servicesEstablish and maintain testing frameworks, methodologies, and tools that support efficient and effective testing practicesDevelop and maintain QA metrics and reporting that provide visibility into the effectiveness of the organization's QA practicesDirect the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testingLead the effort to continuously improve the organization's QA practices through the adoption of new tools, techniques, and best practicesAbout you:At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, QA testing methodologies, and automation toolsExperience with test automation frameworks, such as Cypress, Webdriver.io etc. Strong knowledge of testing tools, including JIRA or similar toolsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefitsSo what can you expect from ComeOn as a place of work?
