QA Tech Lead

As our QA Lead, you’ll champion a shift-left culture across our software portfolio, partnering with both local and offshore teams. Your mission is to make quality an inherent part of everything we deliver, while enabling a seamless developer experience that supports fast, frequent, and confident releases. Key Responsibilities Cultivate a high-performance delivery culture that values frequent, incremental releases and embraces shift-left QA practices. Align QA across squads, ensuring teams have the right skills, processes, and support to deliver with confidence. Implement modern automation tooling and frameworks to streamline workflows and elevate quality. Collaborate with developers to design and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites that increase coverage, reliability, and efficiency. What You’ll Bring A self-starter mindset with a strong track record of delivering results independently. 5+ years in a senior QA role, ideally with leadership experience. Proven ability to drive shift-left QA practices and embed quality early in the lifecycle. Proficiency in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python.
