Join Sparks Math as our QA Specialist to ensure our Telesales team delivers accurate information and high-quality customer interactions.🎇 Key ResponsibilitiesAudit agent calls, chats, and messages using the QA Scorecard.Ensure accuracy in explaining Sparks Math programs and curriculum.Coach agents to improve communication, objection handling, and sales pitch.Track quality trends and identify gaps in scripts or product knowledge.Prepare clear QA reports with actionable insights.Ensure compliance with quality standards and proper CRM/spreadsheet logging.💫 Qualifications1–2 years of QA/QC experience in Telemarketing/Telesales (Education/EdTech is a plus).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.Able to give clear, constructive feedback.Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
