Our acquisition strategy is backed with significant capital from firms including The Raine Group, Makers Fund, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), QIA, Dune Ventures, and MIT.Our Top Games IncludeBrookhaven, #1 Roleplay game on Roblox and the most popular game on the Roblox platformDriving Empire, the #1 driving game on Roblox where we’ve brought real cars into the game in partnership with automakersNFL Universe Football, the #1 American football game and top grossing sports game on Roblox.ResponsibilitiesTest games across various devices, including Console & Mobile, gaining a deep understanding of their systems and retaining knowledge for future testing.Find, reproduce, and clearly document issues of varying complexity, providing all necessary supporting materials such as logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps.Provide clear, actionable information to developers and stakeholders, ensuring issues are fully understood and prioritized effectively.Conduct testing focused on the overall user experience and feel of the game, acting as a voice for our players.In collaboration with the QA Lead, create and execute comprehensive test plans with strong coverage, ensuring both core features and edge cases are validated.RequirementsNote: Previous quality assurance experience is not required for this role.Proficient in written and spoken English communication.Experience as an active player on the Roblox platform with a strong understanding of player behaviour.Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or issues.Ability to clearly and concisely present complex information.Quick to adapt to new tools, processes, and procedures.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Able to remain focused and methodical when approaching repetitive or high-volume tasks.Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels.Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week)Willing to work Tuesday through Saturday scheduleBe 18 years of age or olderNice To HavePlease note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.Previous experience working with Roblox StudioPassion for cars or racingPrevious experience working in Quality AssuranceUnderstanding of the Xbox and PlayStation platformsLocation:RemoteTravel - 2 to 3x / year (onboarding, RDC + possible team meet-ups)Time Zone - must be willing to have 4 hours of overlap with PST and EST hoursIdeal Hiring Regions: Canada, UK, LATAMVoldex is an equal opportunity employer.
