Position Overview: Compugen is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative QA Testing Professional for a one-year remote contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in software development-side testing who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Candidates must currently reside within Canada and be available to work EST. Key Responsibilities: Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases based on business and technical requirements.Estimate testing effort and contribute to project planning and timelines.Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to understand application functionality and ensure quality standards are met.Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.Participate in agile development processes and provide feedback to improve software quality.Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in QA testing within software development environments.Previous experience with clinical healthcare software testing is required.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.Proficiency in writing test cases and using test management tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Nice to Have:Experience with automated testing tools.Familiarity with agile frameworks and continuous integration environments.
