As a Component Supply Chain Coordinator / Buyer, you will manage the end-to-end operations of aircraft parts supply, ensuring every step is actively followed up. This includes forecasting, monitoring demand, coordinating procurement and delivery, resolving supply issues, handling urgent requests, and maintaining accurate records to support operational priorities.
Your Responsibilities will include -Supporting the development of component forecastsExecuting inventory plans and managing end-to-end supply chain activitiesMonitoring system reports and resolving supply issuesManaging urgent part requests and maintaining accurate procurement recordsParticipating in supply-chain improvement projectsYou’ll Have - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExperience and knowledge in Supply Chain, preferably in planning, purchasing or repairsTertiary qualifications in business, finance or logistics disciplineProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP SystemsProven analytical and problem-solving skillsCustomer focused and ability to build constructive and effective relationshipsAbility to positively influence others in the achievement of operational objectivesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and influence outcomesSelf-motivation and ability to work without supervisionAviation industry experience (desirable)Why Qantas?
