The Centre of Financial Excellence (CoFE) is a service responsible for ensuring financial processes and reporting are standardised, controlled and efficiently executed across the Group. On a day-to-day basis, our Financial Control Teams, working in a centralised Finance function, support the various Finance Business Partner Teams and the business to drive effective decision-making. As part of the COFE, as a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of monthly reporting and providing effective forecasting and budgeting analysis. You will provide support and advice on all financial aspects across your respective portfolio.

You’ll haveGraduate degree in finance, accounting or relevant disciplineCPA/CA qualification or working towards will be highly regarded but not essential2-5 years’ experience within a large and complex environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsStrong attention to detail and comfortable working with large volumes of dataThe ability to work under time pressure and reprioritise tasks as requiredHigh level of accountability and resilience with an inquisitive and analytical mindsetExcel skills, experience in Oracle ESSBASE and Hyperion spreadsheet packages preferredWhy Qantas?You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
