As the Partner Support Associate, you will support and deliver process improvement initiatives extending across all areas of sales and partnerships including, reporting, engagement, contracts, process & policy, knowledgebase, training and escalations. This role is a key contact for hotelier facilitated escalations, including any that require checking with legal and as such will require the incumbent to represent Qantas Group with both members of the broader Partnerships team, our hotelier partners and other business stakeholders.
The role will be supporting the Sales Team in achieving procurement targets and bears responsibility for the collation and completion of hotelier contracts required across both retail and wholesale channels. In line with campaigns, you are also responsible for the quality check and review of campaign materials, as well as supporting multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery and risk mitigation associated with campaign activity across Hotels and Holidays. The role ensures accuracy and speed to market with products whilst at the same time constantly reviewing and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
You’ll Have3 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry working with external partnersExperience in a sales operational role or similar operational environmentExceptional customer service experienceExperience in a business analysis or related operational rolePrior experience with working across squads/ domains to mitigate the silo effect arising from business processes & technologies that cut across squads & domainsExperience working between business managers and external partnersExperience developing, implementing and managing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to produce reports and documents efficiently and effectivelyExcellent organisational and administrative skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a team in a support roleExperience in dealing effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
