Location: On-site, Viborg, Denmark Employment Type: Full-time | Contract or Permanent (negotiable) Availability: Immediate or within 1-month notice period Compensation: Competitive, aligned with market rates Work Authorization: Must have valid visa/work rights for DenmarkAbout the RoleProactively seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead to join a major data center development project based in Viborg, Denmark. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance and quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in data center construction and commissioning, with a strong understanding of QA/QC systems, testing, documentation, and handover procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage the QA/QC plan across all project phases.Ensure compliance with design, construction, and commissioning deliverables.Liaise closely with commissioning teams to align QA/QC processes with project milestones.Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews of materials, installations, and workmanship.Identify non-conformances, manage corrective actions, and maintain quality records.Support project handover by ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and traceable.Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to uphold high standards of quality and safety.Produce QA/QC reports and present status updates to project leadership.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a QA/QC Lead (or similar role) on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.Strong understanding of commissioning processes and deliverables in a data center environment.Technical background in MEP, construction, or commissioning disciplines preferred.Familiarity with international quality standards and inspection procedures.Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.Right to work in Denmark (valid visa or EU work authorization).Available to start immediately or within 1 month.FINAL CV SUBMISSION DATE 3Oth OCTOBERINTERVIEW SLOTS - WEEK COMMENCING 3rd NOVEMBER If you believe you are strong-suited for the position with immediate availability or a notice period for 1 month max.
