We are proud to own and operate a fully equipped Electrical & Instrumentation facility with an attached calibration workshop, highlighting our commitment to superior service and value for money to our clients.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced QA/QC Multidisciplinary Coordinator to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines for major EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all project deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and client quality requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor QA/QC activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping disciplines.Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and related quality documentation.Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures.Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and surveillance to verify compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and lessons learned processes.Support pre-commissioning and commissioning quality activities and ensure handover documentation is complete and compliant.Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors on all QA/QC-related matters.Promote a proactive quality culture and continuous improvement across project teams.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in the EPC industry, including at least 5 years in a multidisciplinary coordination role.Strong understanding of international standards (ISO 9001, ASME, API, ASTM, IEC, etc.) and EPC quality management systems.Proven experience with large-scale oil & gas, power, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation, ITPs, WPS/PQRs, and quality records.Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent (preferred).
