QAQC Manager Site - ref. JOB-1472SummaryReady for exciting challenges in the Energy sector?We're actively seeking a Site Quality Manager (QA/QC Manager) to support a major industrial project in Netherlands close to Rotterdam.Your ResponsibilitiesOrganize the inspection program for equipment and materials.Manage weld inspections.Regularly conduct reviews of packages in accordance with project plans and procedures.Manage the project's quality register, non-conformance registers, and quality control records (quality control observations).Ensure that each non-conformance is addressed with corrective action.Conduct quality audits of subcontractors.Manage project reviews and corrective actions (project action tracking, risk reports, PSRs, audit closure).Provide quality awareness training for the project team.Ensure that all valuable lessons learned are disseminated as best practices.Monitor and track the equipment and materials inspection program.Inform the HSE team of any hazardous situations and take direct action to resolve them if possible.Please note: Due to the nature of the activity, telecommuting is excluded.Your ExperienceExperience in QA/QC on projects in an industrial sector such as electricity production, gas production, oil, chemistry, refining, etc.Thorough knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for large projects.Excellent understanding of industrial quality standards.Advanced project management skills.
