About The RoleWe’re hiring a Learning and Skills Specialist to design, develop, and deliver targeted learning programs that address critical skill gaps across departments. You’ll partner with HR, leadership, and teams to identify needs, create engaging interventions, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Designing and facilitating leadership and management development initiatives will also be part of the role. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Tailored Learning Programs: Design and develop learning solutions based on adult learning principles and models. Design, Develop, and Facilitate Leadership Development Workshops:
Create and deliver interactive workshops and programs focused on building leadership capabilities at all levels, including emerging leaders, managers, and executives. Learning Interventions: Develop innovative solutions, ideate engaging concepts & collaborate within a supportive team to deliver impactful learning interventions. Performance Consultancy: Assess business needs & translate strategic goals into actionable people development plans. Close skills gaps through targeted learning interventions and programs. Customize Leadership Content: Adapt leadership development content to address specific organizational challenges, culture, and strategic objectives. Conduct Organization-Wide Skills Gap Analyses: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current and future skill needs using surveys, performance metrics, and strategic goals.
Facilitate Engaging Interventions: Lead dynamic workshops, role-plays, and mentoring sessions to enhance technical, leadership, and soft skills. Measure and Optimize Outcomes: Track KPIs (completion rates, performance improvements) and refine programs using feedback and data analytics. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with subject matter experts, HR business partners and heads of departments to align learning initiatives with business objectives and promote knowledge sharing.
