Your new roleReporting to the GM of Technology & Delivery in NZ you will have a dotted line to the GM of GM, Strategy and Operational Governance in Australia, giving you both NZ and Global exposure. In this role you will: Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and Project Managers. Oversee the NZPAC Release Train and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of transformation initiatives.
Own and evolve the NZPAC Delivery Framework, aligning it with AUSPAC standards and governance. Chair the NZPAC Steering Committee and provide regular reporting on transformation progress. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, risks, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure business outcomes are achieved. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring. Lead and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, resource planning, and capability uplift.
