For more information, click here.Role reports to: QC SupervisorLocation: Santa PalombaWhat You Will DoThe QC Analyst is responsible for maintaining quality records, assisting in corrective action plans, answering routine questions, collecting and organizing data, preparing reports, and ensuring inspection readiness:Key ResponsibilitiesMicrobiological testing on Finished Goods and raw materialsWater and Environmental monitoringLab routine activities and data collectionDevelop and implement microbiological testing procedures to ensure product quality and safetyAnalyze and interpret test results to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve microbiological issuesLead special quality projects to enhance overall quality supportMaintain and update the corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and supplier systemsEnsure continuous inspection readiness and compliance with quality standardsProvide support for technology transfer and improvements in manufacturing processesPrepare and present reports for audits and inspectionsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures for quality interactions with stakeholdersRequired QualificationsWhat we are looking forUniversity/Bachelors Degree in Biological Science or related field1-2 years of experience in microbiological quality controlStrong understanding of microbiological testing techniques and proceduresIntermediate level of EnglishExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with quality frameworks and toolsKnowledge of CAPA and supplier systemsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDesired QualificationsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentationExcellent communication and presentation skills Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
