As part of our ongoing growth, we're looking for dedicated individuals ready to compete on a global scale and successfully implement innovative solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and coordinate microbiological testing to ensure products meet strict quality standardsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for microbiological assaysAnalyze and interpret data, providing outstanding insights and recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of microbiological issues and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesMentor and train junior team members, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environmentKey requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Microbiology, Biology, or related field; advanced degree preferredProven experience in a QC microbiology role within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of microbiological techniques and aseptic processesOutstanding analytical skills with the ability to strictly adhere to procedures and regulationsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects with flawless executionThis is your chance to be part of a team where your ideas can lead to significant advancements in life sciences.
