Graphics Print & Pack Ltd. is looking for QC Asst. Manager/Manager - Offset Printing (Quality assurance)Job Description / ResponsibilityTo ensure the highest quality of printed materials through strict monitoring of offset printing operations, color standards, materials, and finishing processes. The QC Manager will lead the quality control team, set inspection standards, and maintain consistent output aligned with customer specifications and company quality policies.Supervise and monitor the quality of all printed materials.Ensure print quality meets color accuracy, registration, and finishing standards.Conduct regular in-process and final inspections across all printing lines.Approve pre-press proofs and color matching samples before mass production.Identify printing defects (color variation, dot gain, misalignment, smudging, etc.) and ensure corrective actions.Develop and implement QC checklists and SOPs for all printing stages (pre-press, press, post-press).Lead, train, and evaluate QC inspectors and printing operators.Ensure discipline, safety, and teamwork in the QC section.Conduct regular training on quality awareness and process improvement.Maintain detailed quality records, inspection logs, and rejection reports.Prepare daily/weekly QC performance and rejection analysis reports.Support internal and external audits related to printing quality.Educational RequirementsDiplomaBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: printing and packaging, Offset, MS OFFCIE, Offset printing and packagingExperience Requirements8 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/PublishingJob LocationNarsingdi
