QC Manual - game

Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive manual testing of igaming to uncover bugs, design inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with designers, developers, and PMs to define testing scope and ensure adherence to quality standards.Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation for various game scenarios.Conduct a variety of tests including functional, UI/UX, regression, and smoke testing across different platforms and environments.Log, track, and manage bugs and issues using bug tracking tools such as Jira.Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing to confirm resolution.Participate in game design and QA review sessions, offering constructive feedback from a quality assurance perspective.Professionalism & AdaptabilityDemonstrate the ability to work effectively under high-pressure conditions and tight deadlines.Adapt quickly to changing requirements and contribute proactively to problem-solving and innovation.Required Qualifications:Experience & Technical Skills3+ years of experience in QA/QC, specifically within the gaming industry (igaming experience strongly preferred).Strong grasp of manual testing methodologies, game development cycles, and established QA processes.Proficiency with bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).Experience working with CI/CD systems, particularly Jenkins, and supporting test integration within pipelines.Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.A genuine passion for games with a deep understanding of slot game mechanics and user experience.NICE TO HAVEExperience testing across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.Knowledge of cross-platform testing techniques and challenges.Basic understanding or exposure to automation tools or frameworks (though not mandatory).Soft Skills & CollaborationAbility to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
