With decades of scientific expertise and a strong culture of innovation, they are committed to improving patient care and supporting scientific advancement.We are seeking a dedicated Customer Scientific and Technical Support Specialist to join their Clinical Diagnostics Quality Support team based in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT-savvy professional with a strong scientific or technical background who is passionate about customer support, data connectivity, and healthcare technology. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Technical and Scientific Support Deliver first-level support for clinical diagnostic products, focusing on quality control software, connectivity, and data management tools. Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laboratory IT systems and instruments.Collaborate Across Teams and Functions Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, IT, and global technical support teams, to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance of diagnostic solutions. Support customers remotely via phone, email, and remote access tools.Maintain Systems and Compliance Manage support cases using Salesforce, document all service activities accurately, and apply relevant national quality standards such as Rili-BAEK. Build product expertise and contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.RequirementsTechnical Expertise Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, connectivity, and software applications. Experience in SQL Server setup, Mirth Connect, and basic JavaScript. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in laboratory or healthcare environments.Professional Experience Previous experience in technical or IT support, ideally within the clinical diagnostics or life sciences sector. Good understanding of server administration, cybersecurity, and database management. Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset.Education and Personal Skills Degree or vocational qualification in computer science, biomedical engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
