We are seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to lead and oversee all QC operations in a GMP manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing laboratory teamResponsibilities:Supervise QC laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and internal SOPs.Implement and maintain training programs to develop and motivate QC staff.Drive continuous improvement in quality, operational efficiency, and customer service to internal departments.Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.Requirements:3rd Level qualification in Science or related discipline.Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality or laboratory roles within a GMP manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and deliver results in a target-driven environment
