QC technician

Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join a fast-paced and highly collaborative team. This role involves performing analytical and microbiological testing to ensure product integrity and compliance with GMP standards. The technician will support various laboratory functions including method validation, equipment maintenance, and documentation. The position is based near Leiden and offers exposure to cutting-edge therapeutic development. ResponsibilitiesConduct routine testing of products, raw materials, and environmental samplesWork in shifts (morning and evening)Execute analytical techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and PCRSupport method transfer, validation, and qualification activitiesMaintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentsEnsure compliance with GMP standards and contribute to lab efficiencyParticipate in investigations and continuous improvement initiativesManage inventory of critical reagents and consumablesDraft and update SOPs and work instructions RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field1-3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated QC laboratoryProficiency in Flow Cytometry, cell-based assays, and PCR techniquesFamiliarity with microbiological testing methods is a plusStrong communication and documentation skillsProactive mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesComfortable working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary lab environmentFluent in English; additional languages are a bonusReference: 26617
