Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptionsSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referralsAssist hiring managers with resume screening when required, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' values and cultural fitManage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding handoverMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate recordsDevelop talent pipelines for future hiring needsTrack recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and provide regular reports to managementPromote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talentEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring processRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar HR roleStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniquesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with ATS platforms and HR databasesStrong organizational and time management skillsBenefitsThe Environment We OfferAs a growing firm with a tightly-knit team, we respect and listen to all our employees.
