Qlik Consultant - Fully Remote in MX!

Role Title: Qlik ConsultantEmployment Type: Contract-to-Hire/Contract-to-Full TimePreferred Location: Remote, anywhere in MexicoRole Description:We are seeking a Qlik Specialist to support a short-term Qlik-to-Tableau transition project within the Enterprise Analytics team. This is a contract-to-hire position focused on providing BI development and visualization support during the organization's migration from Qlik to Tableau.The ideal candidate will have strong Qlik development experience, with exposure to Tableau considered a plus. The role offers an opportunity to support the organization's analytics modernization effort while transitioning into a full-time BI engineering capacity. ResponsibilitiesSupport Qlik dashboard maintenance, enhancement, and migration activities.Partner with analytics leads to translate existing Qlik data models and reports into Tableau equivalents.Collaborate with business users to ensure smooth transition of KPIs, metrics, and visualizations.Develop and optimize SQL-based data pipelines to support BI tools.Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as Tableau adoption expands.Requirements:Qualifications3-5 years of experience in QlikView or Qlik Sense development and administration.Experience building dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions.Working knowledge of Tableau or willingness to cross-train on Tableau during the project.Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational data structures.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.Ability to work independently in a remote or nearshore capacity.
