PMO Executive (Entrepreneur in Residence)

We are seeking an experienced and driven PMO Executive (Entrepreneur in Residence) to join qlub’s fast-growing fintech team. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover new market opportunities, refine business processes, and champion best practices—both internal and external—to elevate our performance and accelerate expansion. A central part of your work will involve crafting strategic playbooks and shaping long-term business plans, enabling the organization to scale efficiently and sustainably. In this consulting-like capacity, you’ll broaden your expertise in operations and business strategy, all while making a tangible impact on our trajectory. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Insights & Development: Analyze business performance (profitability, sales, operational efficiency) and conduct in-depth performance deepdives to develop actionable business strategies. Local Commercial Partnerships: Build and manage partnerships with local businesses (events, malls, hotels) to drive adoption and growth. Regional Partnership Coordination: Coordinate with local and regional partners in payments, POS, and related fintech domains to enhance product offerings and drive operational efficiency. Product Launches: Drive the end-to-end launch of new products and business initiatives. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate business processes. Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including investors and partners, to align on strategy and support business growth. Requirements: 1-3 years' experience in cross-functional project management, operations within high-growth startups or consulting environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with OKR frameworks and business process optimization. Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
