Our in-house designed Transport Management System (TMS) simplifies customer processes with e-Booking, e-Update, e-POD, and e-Invoice functionalities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment) Manager located in Juru. The QSHE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QSHE policies and procedures. The role includes conducting regular audits, monitoring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the QSHE Manager will be responsible for training employees on QSHE policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the company's operations meet industry standards.QualificationsQuality Management, Safety Management, Health Management, and Environmental Management skillsExperience in developing and implementing QSHE policies and proceduresAbility to conduct audits and risk assessmentsStrong communication and training skillsKnowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirementsBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related fieldExperience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
