We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Manager who’s ready to go beyond just “sending emails. ” You’ll design smart, cost-efficient customer communication architectures, evaluate implementation feasibility, and deliver campaigns without overloading product, backend, or budget.
If you think like a systems integrator, love automation, and want to build intelligent and effective funnels — this role is for you. TasksDesign and implement funnels for various traffic sources: quizzes, courses, partners, webinars, and retargeting flows;Build communication journeys:
triggers, welcome flows, upsells, reactivation — with clear logic and minimal overhead;Work directly with tags, events, variables, custom fields, and WhatsApp Business API — fast and efficiently;Manage trigger-based, system, and recurring emails — and understand their format and business purpose;Participate in backend and CRM integrations, with a deep understanding of how emails live inside the product;Set up and analyze funnel metrics:
open rate, CTR, conversion, LTV, reactivation rate;Work with HTML templates (even at a basic level);Understand the full marketing journey — from traffic to conversion;Use and test AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and automation in your work. RequirementsExperience building CRM funnels for products, courses, or subscriptions;Ability to handle complex and ambiguous tasks, turning business ideas into condition-based communication flows;Hands-on experience setting up mailing services from scratch (domains, certificates, validation, etc.
);Ability to read and configure email/push scenarios — and you know the difference between segmentation and personalization;Experience working with WhatsApp API and event-based triggers;Understanding of basic HTML and ability to adapt email templates;Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools to speed up and improve your workflows.
