Software development is at the heart of what we do — and we’re looking for a passionate Scrum Master to help drive collaboration, agility, and delivery excellence across multiple development teams. WorkAs a Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and Product Owners to foster a strong Agile mindset and enhance team performance. You will play a vital role in enabling smooth delivery through effective facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, backlog support, and continuous improvement practices. What You’ll DoFacilitate Scrum events:
daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and product increment planning Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning Drive cross-team collaboration and alignment, fostering a culture of open communication Identify and remove impediments to optimize team performance and delivery velocity Maintain and administer Scrum boards using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Continuously assess and improve workflows, helping teams become more effective and efficient What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking an open-minded, collaborative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for empowering teams to achieve their best.
You’re a system thinker, a problem-solver, and a trusted team player. QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role supporting software development teams Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps) At least some experience in project management or product ownership Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts Experience managing Scrum artifacts and agile documentation Ability to drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams Scrum Master certificate would be considered as an advantage Fluent English.
