As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial and technical projects, with a particular focus on the IT areas of CRM and Integration. You'll be instrumental in the successful delivery of client engagements.
This means taking ownership of complex requirements, proactively aligning your work with client objectives, and setting strategic priorities. You'll be a key liaison across all lines of business, guiding discussions, and taking full accountability for both your own and the team's results. We're looking for someone who can not only solve problems but also anticipate them and drive solutions with minimal oversight. A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst at Qualco will include:
Lead and facilitate in-depth business requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders, often across multiple departments or complex client organizations; Translate high-level business needs into detailed, clear, and actionable user stories, functional specifications, and comprehensive process flows for complex solutions; Drive collaborative efforts with development, QA, and product teams, acting as a key solution owner to ensure successful implementation, adherence to requirements, and high-quality deliverables; Conduct comprehensive impact analysis to proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and assess the feasibility of proposed strategic changes across systems and processes; Optimize Agile processes, actively participating in and guiding sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, often mentoring less experienced team members; Initiate and lead process mapping and optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline complex workflows; Serve as a primary bridge between highly technical and non-technical teams, fostering clear communication and ensuring strategic alignment on solution design and delivery; Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
RequirementsWhat we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred; Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst role or similar position; Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and software development lifecycle, with experience in complex project environments; Ability to create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar documentation tools; Ability to engage with both business and technical teams; Financial services, fintech, or relevant domains, would be a plus; Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
