Senior AI & Copilot Specialist

Quento Technologies, the ICT services arm of QUALCO Group, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior AI & Copilot Specialist to support staff with AI and Copilot. Responsibilities:

Support office-based staff with AI and Copilot to help them be more efficient in the delivery of their tasks and to improve their effectiveness in the use of these tools to enable more effective use of time and increase productivity where possible; Assess AI & Copilot tools and how can best assist in the delivery of staff's tasks; Train staff how to use the tools to good effect; Assistance for remote users via teams calls upon service requests raised on ICT ticket system and delegated to the representative resolver group; Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Proven work experience as a technical pre-sales or technical consultant;  Experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management; Excellent customer service skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
