We are currently seeking Qualified Community Support Workers who are looking to connect, care, and make every day comfortable and enjoyable for our clients. As a Qualified Community Support Worker, you will become part of our client’s support system and assist by maintaining their well-being and independence while living at home. This is a role that will see you build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families.As a Qualified Community Support Worker, You WillWork with clients across the Perth Metropolitan Area.Assist clients with personal care with respect and dignity.Provide support to clients by assisting with shopping, meal preparation and transportation.Carry out domestic tasks to ensure our client's home environment remains clean and organised. Demonstrate flexible decision making and advanced problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks.Enjoy building positive relationships with clients and their families.Be eligible to work in Australia.Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one.Be up to date with your COVID 19 and flu vaccinations.
