Learn more at www.tolunacorporate.com.IntroductionThe Qualitative Project Manager is responsible for executing all aspects of the research process to deliver qualitative research projects in line with the client’s briefThe role is focused on coordinating resources – both internal and external – to ensure a smooth delivery for clients. This will span from the design stage to final delivery: working with vendors, supporting recruitment, troubleshooting issues as they arise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing and planning, but is always ready for the unpredictability of qual research ! You would be an integral part of the Qualitative Team and bring guidance and expertise on best practice, pitfalls to avoid, knowledge and awareness of local market nuances and be able to autonomously bring solutions to issues as they arise.Success in this role lies in strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills. Individuals must be able to manage multiple projects and take independent action to achieve objectives. Responsibilities:Manage external vendorsAttend kick-off and briefing callsSelect/recommend the most appropriate vendors for each project with help from the sourcing teamIdentify and vet new vendors as neededProvide clear instructions to brief the project inCoordinate multiple vendors on a project e.g. recruitment, transcription, videoconferencing, etc.Track recruitment and fieldwork progress, correcting course as necessaryManage vendor invoicesManage internal departmentsAttend internal kick-off and briefing callsCoordinate multiple internal departments on international qualProactively ensure timings for the programme are clear and communicated to all involved, moving the project along and managing delays as they ariseAccurately set internal and external expectationsCoordinate Logistics, Venues, Incentives as relevant for each project Ensure qual platforms are booked, programmed and briefed and that tech support is available during fieldworkRequired skill set:Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience3+ years’ work experience in Market Research Project Management or equivalentProject Management certification, a plus, but not mandatoryTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPointHigh degree of familiarity with or keenness to learn more on Qualitative Market Research methodologies (Focus Groups, IDIs, TDI’s, various Online Platforms)Working familiarity with Videoconferencing software (Zoom, Teams)Professional & Personal SkillsDemonstrates initiative, resourcefulness and curiosity; asks “why?”Conscientious, reliable, and punctualAbility to work under pressure, and within established time restrictionsHigh degree of flexibility and self-motivationStrong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize own workloadDemonstrates aptitude to include problem identification / resolutionClear written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships (internal / external)Our Values: Acting with Ownership.
