Quality & Accreditation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation and maintenance of the hospital’s Quality Management System.Coordinate quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across hospital units.Manage patient safety incident reporting, assist in incident investigations, and support corrective and preventive actions.Verify the effectiveness of improvement actions and monitor follow-up activities.Ensure compliance with KARS and JCI accreditation standards, including International Patient Safety Goals.Prepare documentation, reports, and data to support audits and accreditation readiness.Provide training and guidance for staff related to quality and patient safety processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Nursing / Hospital / Public Health Master’s in Hospital Management (MARS) is considered an advantage.Familiarity with hospital Quality Management and Patient Safety principles.Understanding of KARS and JCI standards.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
