Job SummaryJoin a leading infrastructure contractor on the delivery of the Park West Business Park Phase 2 expansion. We’re seeking a proactive Quality Administrator/Coordinator to support project teams in maintaining the highest quality standards across civil works, structural frames, façades, and internal fit-out. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.Why We’re HiringAs the Park West Phase 2 scheme ramps up, we need a dedicated quality professional to manage documentation, coordinate inspections, and drive defect resolution. This position offers exposure to a major mixed-use development in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and control quality management documentation, including quality plans, checklists, and proceduresCoordinate hold-point inspections for critical trades (earthworks, drainage, concrete, M&E, façade, fit-out)Track, report, and ensure closure of non-conformances and snag listsAssist site teams in verifying works against approved drawings and specificationsPrepare weekly quality reports and data packs for the project management teamSupport internal and client quality auditsRequirementsMinimum 1-3 years’ Irish experience in construction quality administration or coordinationFamiliarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systemsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and document-control abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality tracking softwareConstruction background within civil or building projectsBenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive training and career development pathsPension scheme and healthcare planOpportunity to work on a high-profile Dublin infrastructure projectSupportive team culture and inclusive work environment
